- The following Character cards were removed:
• The Benefactor's Reprogram Action card.
• The Benefactor's Stun Blast Action card.
• The Benefactor's Credit Account Key Quest Item card.
• The Navigator's Direct Access Action card.

- Added to the Benefactor's Action Deck:
• Misdirection - can be discarded to make a different character or intruder take an attack.
• Decoy - Can spend ammo to move nearby intruders.

- Added to the Navigator's Action Deck:
• Reprogram - Same as the Benefactor's Reprogram card. Choose a different computer action card and perform it immediately.

- The Benefactor gains the Hacking Tool Quest Item: activated in the Transmitter Room. Has 3 energy that can be spent to perform Escape actions while closing doors behind you or to use computer actions in sections without power.

- The Mercenary's Body Augments Quest Item was changed so that it gains a secondary effect which allows you to attach it to a Serious Wound to ignore its effect. (The ability to replace contamination cards with light wounds was removed.)

- The Navigator's Resourceful Action card was changed so that its Room Action discount effect now works in both computer and non-computer Rooms.

- The Technician's Improvised Explosive Action card's Cost reduced to 0 additional cards (from 1).

- Updated Intruder Attack deck: Cut's Darkness effect now says Character suffers 2 Lights instead of 1, rather than 1 additional Light Wound. The reason for this was to clarify that Characters do not die if that additional Light wound from the darkness effect would have killed them.

- Updated info for the "Blood Chase" Intruder Attack card: You do not Noise roll if the Intruder is following you.
- The "Storage Room" found in the additional rooms (2) pool is now only usable once per player phase (per player).
- Updated the Space Suit: Its ability to move between Landing Zones can only be used when performing a Basic Move Action (not careful movement or any action cards which allow movement).
- Updated the "Auto-doc" purple Item: It now has the Medical crafting symbol.
- Updated the "Repair Kit" purple Item: It now has the Tools crafting symbol.
- Updated the "Plasma Grenade" purple Item: It deals 3 Injuries to an Intruder (instead of 2).
- Added two copies of the "Power Stimulant" item to the purple item deck - 1 time use item that draws 4 cards from your deck and allows you to keep performing actions until you have run out of cards.

- Added an additional ability for the "Space Suit" Crafted Item. Characters equipped with one can now move between Landing Zones as if they are adjacent.
- Changed the Repository Room. Removed its old passive effect (Set item count to 4, draw from each deck when searching) and replaced it with the Room action: Craft using 1 less Item ingredient.
- Removed Shower Room from the Additional Rooms (level 2) pool.
- Removed Crafting Room from the Additional Rooms (level 2) pool.
- Added Storage Room to the Additional Rooms (level 2) pool. It has the same Room action as in the original Nemesis game, but is now a White Room.
- Added the new Transporter Room to the Additional Rooms (level 2) pool. It's Room action is to allow Characters to move to any other explored Room with a Technical Corridor that is on board the Nemesis Ship (but not the Shuttle).

- Decreased the Doctor's "Revitalizer Gloves" Quest Item's max Energy count from 3 to 2.
- Updated info on altered Advantage dice rules for using them against Larva and Creepers: the 'miss or discard to hit' roll counts as a hit (bulls eye icon) for the purpose of weapon abilities.

- Added info on Landing Zones in the Special Room sheet.
- Changed Isolation Room so that you ignore its Exploration event (except for setting the Item counter) when discovering this Room.
- Updated info on the Repository Room. You will still set its Items to 4 even if you discover this Room with a Malfunction marker.
- Fixed some wording issues with the Mercenary's "Enhanced Reflexes" Action card.
- The Benefactor's "I Don't Think So" Action card was updated so that it can now be interrupted.
- The Model bag for Adults is randomized when adding components to it so that the various poses of the adult models get continuously randomized.
- Changed the color of the Loose Wire markers so they are easier to see while on the board.
- Added missing information in the Help Guide Reference sheets.

- Updated the Navigator's "Ramming Engine" Action card.
- Updated the Mercenary's "Enhanced Reflexes" Action card.
- Updated the Benefactor's "Credit Account Key" Quest Item. It can now only be given to players who have sent the Signal or Activated their Knowledge.
- Updated the rules for Survival Objective. Shuttle does not get destroyed when sent to other destinations besides Earth for the purpose of completing Objectives. Only loading in the red Fuel or destroying all Sections nearby the Shuttle will destroy it.
- included information in the rules regarding Landing Zones not considered to be a part of any Section and always in Darkness.

- Updated Weakness Deck: "Nervous System Vulnerability" weakness additionally causes tasers to do extra damage.
- Added Needle Gun to the Green Item Deck (replaces 1 Expired Food, bringing its total card count in the green deck to 3).
- Updated Doctor:
• Replaced Doctor's Neurotoxic Rounds Quest Item with: Revitalizer Gloves - Heavy Object. ENERGY: 3. Pay 1 card to: Discard an Item with energy or meds to fully Load ENERGY. OR Discard 1 ENERGY to Heal all Light Wounds or Dress 1 Serious Wound of a Character your Room. OR Knowledge 5: Discard 1 ENERGY to Heal 1 Dressed Serious Wound of a Character in your Room.
• Updated Field Data: 1st option changed to - Place a Malfunction marker in the Room you are in or reduce its Item Counter by 1 to gain 1 Knowledge. 3rd option moved to option 2 and requires Knowledge 4 instead of 5. 3rd option replaced with - Knowledge 6: Decrease your Oxygen by 1 to cause an Intruder in your Room to Retreat
• Updated Medical Expertise's 1st option: Use a Room Action in a Green or White Room without paying its Cost.
• Updated Resuscitate: Gave it a 2nd option - Choose a Character in the Room you are in (including you). Heal all Light Wounds and Dress all Serious Wounds for the Character. Then Heal 1 Dressed Serious Wound for the Character and remove this card.

- Replaced the "Vulnerability To Fire" Intruder Weakness with "Fragile Endoskeleton": Anytime you deal at least 1 Injury with Glowsticks, Oxygen Tanks, Grenades, EMP Grenades, Plasma Grenades, or any Classic Weapon, deal 1 additional Injury.

- Replaced "Susceptibility To Phosphates" Intruder Weakness with "Nervous System Vulnerability": When an Intruder suffers an Injury from Loose Wires, it suffers 1 additional Injury.
