Fixed an issue that caused Nuu (and by extension Glutt) to lose their shiplocker. I'm still not entirely clear on why they had that problem, but I got it fixed.

Neki are now correctly supported. Big thanks to their creator Juni for identifying the problem and fixing it.

Major bugfix release. Now it actually works correctly for races other than human; apparently my testing wasn't sufficiently thorough. Sorry about that!
