Added the Renegade Heavy Combat Uniform, minor rebalance to job loadouts, increased prices for medical items significantly, deprecated mod-exclusive Rubber Slug and incorporated it into the newly added Rubber Shell.

Universally increased prices of ammunition and firearms along with significantly decreasing their availability in early parts of the campaign, significantly reduced Vintage and High Tier weapon sell prices. Slightly buffed ShAK-12.

slightly balanced Caseless Assault Rifle and added a special variant of it, reduced spawnrate of RSh-12 and converted a lot of sounds to mono instead of stereo (said sounds are now affected by range from source and also have a smaller file size).
