- Added an game rule that gives the neutral trade country's the next excavation tech every two years. ~Thanks to Stompernator for the idea.
- All land units are once again grouped up in the capitals of their respective nations (with the exception of Ethiopia and Italian troops)
- All aircraft for major nations have been grouped up (any more would have been too much work, also this only happens with BBA).
