-Raj can no longer get all three special forces doctrines
-Raj can now only get +10% SF cap from focuses
-Raj now has -15% factory output and -15% defence via a spirit

-Raj now has cores on all its land (-Aden)
-All previous non core land has the Princely State modifier which gives:
local factories -0.20%
local manpower -0.85%
local resources -0.15%
-Loosing control of states in Burma will no longer cause the famine (Raj still has cores on Burma)
