Route made final.

Scenarios should now show up for everyone.

This brings the end to the updating route in it's current form as I am working on other projects,.

Scaled back on the expansion of the route - due to working on my other project (Pacific Surfliner) which I am spending more time on currently.

This update includes minor track speed updates, signalling updates and some scenery additions in various locations.

Updated Items...
- Route Marker Updates - reduced the scope of route expansion again.
- Salinas is now the southern finishing point of the route.
- Salinas industry tracks updated.
- Scenery updates between Fremont station and Niles junction.
