notes:

- changed engine idle/flight behaviour - engine idle now spins rotor and gens slowly, rotor will now stop faster when engine off

- exchanged gps unit (thx gerunimo)

- minor cosmetic changes

- updated pfd (skid/slip indicator)

- internal layout optimisation
