Multiplier has been nerfed.

Now it goes in multipliers of 3.

Level 1 you get x3, level 10 x30.

Fixed bug from CheckRegularity that would not adapt the multiplier when not doing exercise

Added a Check of Degradation in regularity to adapt.

Fixed bug that made the exercise to never stop even exhausted nor after the given time.
