Changed Unique Ability to balance the civilization.

Gave each Top Gear Presenter their own unique skill.

Gave Unique Units special unit flags.

Added back warriors; lost chariot archers.

Fixed the Icons; they no longer have the black box around them.

Balanced the Top Gear Presenters and the civ by making the civ in the demographics perspective look weaker. Now the presenters will only grant a percieved military strength defense until the renaissance era.

Strengthened Top Gear Presenters while embarked.

Added custom unit skins for Clarkson and Hammond; this took up the spots of the warrior and the archer.
