>Shellworld got a brand new district set, instead of a bunch of them there are now 6, each one giving two jobs (with a couple exceptions): City (gives housing, bureaucrats and clerks), Extraction (gives energy and minerals), Industry (gives alloys and consumer goods), Preserve (gives research and food), Refinery (gives strategic resources) and Plaza (gives amenities and unity)
>Each district also gives a stackable buff to all jobs it gives
>The shellworld expansion mechanic has been slightly changed to take the new district numbers into account
>The 3 production districts (extraction, industry and preserve) can be specialized so they focus on only one type of job and gives it a greater buff (this applies to ALL districts of that type)
>The origin no longer uses shattered ring districts and instead has it's own new district set, a weaker version of the regular district with the same features (specialization and buff to jobs)
>Each ruined district is 1/8 the power of a regular one
>The origin instead has you slowly repairing the shellworld systems to restore it's more advanced functions, once all is done you can fully repair the shellworld
>The origin shellworld now has a arcane reactor that can be disabled in exchange for getting a buff for districts, this is required in order to fully repair it
>On a technical side the origin shellworld is no longer a separate planet class
>The cost and time needed for restoring the shellworld has been reduced greatly
>Once repaired every 8 ruined districts become 1 regular one
>The shellworld specialization decision is very good and well made, i like it a lot
