Tweaked the waypoints in the junction room. Hopefully they AI wont be retarded and lock up.

Another story. When i first made this mod, the AI were incredibly dumb. They are still incredibly dumb, but theyve been improved dramatically in some areas.
For instance. They can now open doors without needing to be pathed to a doors external buttons! AAAAA

I also addressed another major issue with the Junction room. The AI Can now FINALLY get to the junction boxes and repair leaks in the room. HUZZAH!

I would still tll them to never interact with the airlock though as they are still VERY prone to accidentally forgetting their suit.

When i first made this sub, the heavy loader base did a cool thing when upgrading into a railgun. Instead of keeping its size, it slimmed down into a standard vertical loader.

Because of this, when you upgraded to get the heavy railgun, it would reveal 2 heavy railgun racks, as if they were given to you for free as part of the upgrade.

However this is no longer the case sadly, and i have only just now found this out when upgrading my own to a railgun.
Thus since it is defunct, i have very sadly removed the hidden heavy railgun racks.

Heres to hoping the changes *actually* stick this time!
Apparently i had some errors with the previous sub save. Ive rectified that i think, so this should save the changes.

This means the changes from before:
- Cable holders in the storage room, and the ballasts are both no longer hidden in game
-Airlock rewired so that it doesnt work off the water sensor and instead just works off the delay/or timer. The airlock/storage room still does, but only if the airlock door is actually open. If its closed, it should all function normally.
If you dont like this, just remove output wire from the and component above the water sensor in the airlock.

In addition to this
all XOR compoenents that control the floor vent doors now have a false output of 0, meaning that when the water sensors dont see anything, it shuts them.

I also want to profusely apologize for my wire color coding.. I had never written it down when building this, and it changed atleast 3 times and you can tell. My next sub will have a much stricter more professional color coding. I'll even leave a ship log or something detailing what it is.
