- Added full support for new Biotech precepts
- You can now set development points multiplier with 50% precision. Note that they are still rounded to the nearest integer.
- Added Debug Mode setting for more verbose logging (required if you report bugs)
- Added error log message if Ideology DLC is not installed (why would you need this mod then anyway?)
