Four new functions added:

All related to army spawning.

create_character_create_army - Create a new general and a new army

spawn_character_create_army - uses an existing general to create a new army

add_character_to_army - uses an existing general then adds it to an existing army

create_character_to_army - creates an existing general then adds it to an existing army.
