- Items can now be pinged without looking directly at them (threshold is 8 units from the axis aligned collision box of items)
- Fixed weapon auto ping not finding its target when a player holding the same weapon stands in between the pinger and the target item
- Fixed disabled spawn entities not being ignored when targeted
- Fixed pinging of dropped propanetank, oxygentank, fireworks, gnome

NOTE FOR MODDERS:
- Renamed ping_item.vtf files to icon_item.vtf to keep the original naming style, clarify the purpose of the files and simplify future modifications. Previous custom icon modifications will need to rename their VTF files!
