-Access to gallows should now be properly guaranteed.
-Added stealth abilities to Prince of Thieves line.
-Added a few new rituals for Minstrel & Apothecary.
-Apothecaries have a library upgrade.
-Buidling bandit lairs is cheaper and can now only be done in ancient forests (replaces previous restrictions.)
-Lower level recruits come in slightly larger lots.
