Added camera names to monitor screens for commander cameras: Turret, Driver, Aux L, Aux R
Auxiliary cameras can be rotated using Left/Right, and only when the commander looking at them
Changes to turret boxes/bustles
More painting changes

Lowered MG Firerates
Made Roof MG more usable, it will now face forwards and fire where the turret cannon is aimed
Slightly cleaned controls menu for gunner
Slightly cleaned painting
Made driver hatch lock when driver is seated
Added IR for driver
Removed T-64 styled scuba tube
Fixed all editor error alerts
Added additional commander optics
Added sidearms and first aid for crew members
Thickened turret frontal armor by a little
Changed right side driver's light to IR
Switched Roof MG ammo onto the left side
