Minor Optimisation pass

Fixed: Rad Sources not updating on object deletion
Modified: Optimised several scripts to reduce load on client/network
Modified: Better in script documentation to allow future me to understand what I am doing here

Testing is still needed in large group environment, further optimisations may occur
