[DEV] Aftermath Radiation

This is an Alpha test of a Radiation system that is intended to be compatible with the Aftermath Mod. This mod does not directly use any third party mod assests and as such has no dependancies, this is intended to remain the case throughout development.

UPDATE 13/10/2021: Damage for ACE now present, KAT uses ACE damage for now, though this will be changing. New medical treatment options have been added for checking radiation level, administering Rad-X and RadAway. Note: RadAway currently cannot be added unless patient is below 100% blood, currently I am looking into how best to approach this and am considering adding a scalpel to allow blood drawing (Primitive? Yes. Effective? Most definately).
