Fix for crash of CalcPos

Fixed crash when not having Womhole Crafter enabled.

Added color options for sinkholes, added config option of name/number placement on the map, fixed size distortion when changing screen size, fixed crash when resizing game if minimap active.

Changed colors to make them easier to distinguish, added config options to change the colors of each pair.
Added compability with the personal wormhole feature of craftable wormholes, hold control key to be able to rename wormholes.
