Changes:
-Additional building requirement to the Dwarf Warriors (Spears)
-Small touches here and there. Nothing major.

NERFHAMMER TIME!

Not really, actually.
Changes to Paragon Guard:
-Reduced (again) entity number in unit from 80 to 60, leaving HP same as before.
-Fancy legendary status (cyan special unit icon)
-Hard capped at 5. Yes, you can't increase their cap no matter what you do. (Unless you confederate AI army, who has them)
-Moved from T3 Barracks to T4 Ironbreakers and Hammerers building with additional requirement, which should fix AI steamrolling issue.
-Reduced their mass from 1500 to 600 (1500 is too goddamn high. It's so high, that some large entities, like cavalry or monstrous infantry has less weight than pre-nerf Paragon Guard)
-Increased upkeep just a little.
