Re-integrated it with the default "Log Wall" recipe so it doesn't need its own item in the menu, but should still work with other mods that alter the menus.

- Log stacks can now be tied with sheet-ropes
- When untying sheet-rope log-stacks, it usually returns the sheet ropes but might return ripped sheets!
- Log Walls can be built directly from four-log stacks
- Log Walls can now also be built using 2 sheet ropes
- When building Log Walls from Ripped Sheets, dirty rags are used before clean ones
- Log weight halved from 9 to 4.5
- Log Stack weight halved from 12 to 6 (building fortifications is still a chore but actually do-able now)
- Plank weight halved
- Plank weapons (plank and plank+nails) tweaked to be a smidge faster/lighter
