Removed the second version of the Carrier which includes a fighter from spawning on planets.

MES spawn frequency altered for each spawn rather than all spawns using a default of 5. An attempt has been made to try to balance the spawns so that bigger and more lucrative grids don't spawn as often, while hopefully bringing the spawn rates down enough to not interfere with other grids. But I'm not an expert on MES and it may need further tweaking.
