No longer makes ships fast, this was clashing with the latest update

Removed any changes to the god vessels and the Pale One ritual for summoning them. This should hopefully fix the issue where games couldn't be completed.

Volcanos now give 2 Emeralds and 2 Rubies

A collection of miscellaneous tweaks to many aspects of the game, including but not limited to:
-Scouts and Assassins having farsight
-mountains and Ancient Forests being capturable and giving farsight
-Affliction resistance for most boss monsters
-Demons get rituals to promote less powerful demons
-Demon control odds are overall increased
-Catapults and trebuchets can fire out of siege as well
-Several annoying spells like Cloud of Death now only affect enemies
