Update: 16 sep 2024 om 21:18

Rogue biote pellets are a bit more visible now.

The altered medical scanner now gives bedlike effect for food as well.

Some item descriptions changed minutely.

Nuu drop curse strings less frequently (1/5 to 1/6 chance), and not at all if they have been hurt in the last 4 seconds already, preventing acid pools and such things from triggering it.

Asteroid stations should no longer just connect the end to the beginning, leaving an empty station. They also have had their generation fixed in other ways, and have the correct doors now.

Updated thrashed background and light colors, now there's two more variants.

Changed power grid dungeons to have less lumoth spam under the branches, making them fall on the unsuspecting hylotl villages below. Other changes to monsters have been made as well.

Removed floating plates (midnight and ashy alps) subregions on shattered planets due to complaints.

New midnight biome floating islands subbiome on shattered planets to replace midnight plate subregions.

A variant of the asteroids biome has been added as a subbiome on shattered planets

Removed an unused file that only still existed to not break old worlds many updates ago. Any very old verdurous planets may have weather related issues and should be deleted.

Verdurous planets have had their fog weather replaced with the M32 fog weather because it is better than the vanilla fog.

Shattered weathers have been altered to remove giant meteors, space junk, and acid rain.

Made some more glutt object descriptions for M32 farmables.

Modified rail slopes and added some new endings to railway dungeons that will hopefully fix the issue where the slopes go into the ground and end, looking ugly as all hell.

Undid the patches to the healing item status effects so they no longer change the description and icon due to a complaint.

Placid Crystals and Pernicious Crystals have been renamed to Placid Shards and Pernicious Shards.

Renamed "Beirut Blowout" to "Fertilizer Charge" because it was kinda insensitive, even though this means the words no longer start with the same letters which sucks. Internal name was also changed to "m32tirebomb" so be prepared for PGIs if you have some in your inventory. Crafting recipe also has been made slightly easier on the honey and harder on the shards.

Other things I forgot or were too small to care about.

Update: 7 sep 2024 om 20:27

Paper water cups give you soggy paper when you're finished with them.

Some Nuu food recipe unlocks have been shuffled around.

Gallonglass requires more glass to make now since 1 glass was a little cheap for a jug the size of your head.

Resprited marble drink and shredroot soda.

The tunneling drill now must be crafted at the level 2 farming table instead of level 1.

Resprited icon for the compact holographic monitor.

Resprited the wind turbine icon.

Nuu tier 2 armor set no longer uses canvas and instead uses cotton wool.

Vivatin wire has been moved to the other tab in the furnace.

Fixed the tall desert cabins having snow treasure.

Many added weapons moved up to level 2 anvil from level 1.

Glass added to giant Glutt rifle recipe.

Villagers now use their formerly unused death drops.

Alpacas have a new death drop pool that can sometimes drop an axe.

NPCs that do not have a preset drop pool will use a new drop pool when killed.

Large effluvium wads are now sometimes dropped by killed NPCs.

The large effluvium wads have also been modified, including patchwork souls. They now give twice the amount of fuel when loaded into the tank. They can still relieve hunger but will not give the full belly status effect when "full".

All shortbows are slightly more accurate so now they're more usable.

Nitrogenous nectar is now labeled as a cooking ingredient and is stored with the food instead of clogging up the reagents section.

The underground oceans have had their crops altered; now they're split between ordinary mushrooms and gloom shrooms

Added Turkish coffee, which you can make at the campfire with water and coffee.

Snowflake shurikens now make little ice shards upon impact. (they don't do any damage though, they are for visual flair.)

Resprited Nuu festive food and changed its recipe slightly.

Resprited fungal meal and altered the recipe.

Resprited space food.

Feature 18 microdungeon now has items in the crates.

Lowered number of apples needed to make concider because 20 apples was WAY too much even if it is realistic.

Changed some other food recipes in minor ways.

Resprited pelletfern Berry jam.

Resprited vanilla outpost toilet stall to use the outpost color palate.

Hylotl plants now replace the outpost plants in the Hylotl mission and can be scanned for the pixel printer.

Crushed Magnetin makers now also make gravel which you'll have to filter out by hand.

Did some quest pool patches to include some M32 stuff in NPC quests. (Not extensively tested because testing colonists is an enormous pain in the rear)

Added a generic short table so the Nuu ones aren't being used in certain microdungeons anymore.

Lowered silk cost for thread.

Added an easter egg thingy that will be removed if nick cooks homemade soup and sends me a photograph.

Added a coin flip mechanic to concider, where you only drink half at a time, giving back a bottle half full or half empty.

Finally removed the moon microdungeons on non-moon planets.

Nuu and Glutt crew members now have unique dialog instead of the vanilla placeholder.

Other things I forgot or were too small to care about.

Update: 20 aug 2024 om 23:47

CHANGES MADE:

Vanilla water coolers can now be used to get paper cups of water and fill bottles. Not very useful but I just wanted to do it. If I get bloat complaints later, I will remove it and make it it's own mod.

Slight modifications to foliage generation rates on thrashed planets.

3 more oceanic microdungeons added, one of which is a "fixed" version of an unused one. One of them is more accurate to call a terrain formation since it isn't really a structure.

Added little holes to thrashed biomes.

Changed certain dialog lines for verdurous scientists and villagers so that they don't tell you that honey is completely toxic anymore.

Nuu plasma machine gun overheats and scorches you if you fire it for too long, unless you're using the heat protection pack.

Reduced added augment spawn chance in certain treasure pools in verdurous dungeons.

Resprited beepbots from their original prerelease spritework to actually good sprites. (they deserved at least this much, since they are kinda the mascot of this mod.)

MINIKNOG scouts replaced with scientists in a certain magnetic desert microdungeon.

Made it so human cities have more than just books in the drawers.

Certain dungeons/microdungeons now have items inside boxes and stuff.

Shattered planet gravity increased a tiny bit, allowing nuu to glide a bit for better or for worse.

Changed gallonglass status effects to give a more lengthy full hunger effect and drop a throwing glass upon consumption, while also removing increased energy and stuff. The rage stat is still there and doubled in length to compensate.

Vanilla foundry workers and guards have been significantly buffed on hot tier planets so they don't instantly die to masteroids on shattered planets. This however also means that they might kick your ass if you piss 'em off.

Blood diamonds renamed to hearts of hatred. They still are only used for the crown though.

Added transparency to ring crown.

Modified planet descriptions.

Changed some planet name colors.

Changed safe moon icons.

Added poisoned throwing darts that you can craft with darts and venom samples.

Made vanilla darts get bullet drop and slow in water like arrows do.

Added a naval mine themed paratail variant to thrashed planets. (If you complain about it I will revert the change)

Shattered islands at magma depth are now super tall because why not?

Shattered planets now have ashy alps and midnight subbiomes because it worked.

Increased masteroid spawn rate on shattered planets by a tiny amount.

Added some items to the apex rebel radio tower dungeon.

Some unique weapons have had their tooltips changed so they look the part.

Breaking funkgus shrooms is now more dangerous due to larger gas radius.

Funkgus shrooms now release particle effects, and will poison you if you stand in front of them for too long.

Funkgus no longer resets to the first stage when harvested, instead breaking (which releases the cloud.)

Funkgus drop pools changed.

Gelid grotto biome now has ice peblits more common than normal peblits.

Cold catacombs biome also can now have ice peblits now, even though it had no peblits before.

Resprited vanilla Hylotl plant because it was literally just the outpost plant sprite. Now it looks more Hylotl. (I don't think this object is even used so this is useless.)

Modified steppe microdungeons a tiny bit.

Other stuff too small to mention.

Update: 25 jul 2024 om 6:04

Removed shredroot from industrial underground biome (slurry shafts).

Removed noosefruit from trogloflora preserve underground biome.

Steamspider variants are now less common.

Nitrate honey is now forgiving: You may eat one jar per minute without poisoning. If you eat more than that, then you will be poisoned.

Nitrate honey volatile powder recipe nerfed.

Updated spore soup, mushroom mush, and campfire stew sprites to look better. Descriptions and recipes were also altered.

Updated facemeld mask sprites to look better and modified the description to not overflow.

Patched vanilla critters: speamspider, steamfish, steambird to have the robotic material kind. Skellyfish now have the stone material kind.

Liquomorh helmet sprite changed minutely.

Pelletfern harvest pools have been updated to be more even.

Some crafting item sprite updates.

Fixed a typo that prevented pain status effects from lowering damage output.

Added suture worms, which are kind of a middle of the road option between first aid bags and bandages.

Changed how the added special regeneration autoinjector works.

Removed some unused sprites.

Upper tier Nuu armor recipes redone.

Nuu tier 5 and 6 separator and accelerator armors now have transparent face covers, and have been slightly modified. The cosmetic flamesuit visors now have transparency as well.

A few microdungeons have been altered.

Pyromantles now have defense and also now glow in the dark because they didn't before for some reason.

Liquomorph and antialbedo sets have to be worn all at once to get the effects now, before it required only the helm.

Added a "cursing" status effect to nuu that sometimes gives players a string of curses when injured.

Nuu priests now have their proper uniform because I forgot to put it on them way back when I added them.

Extreme blizzards now don't care if you are in casual mode: they'll hurt you regardless. They still don't hurt NPCs though.

The various diseases can no longer hurt NPCs.

Misc. other things I forgot about or were too small to mention.

Update: 30 jun 2024 om 16:53

IDK why this is empty maybe I accidentally pasted my list onto a previous update. If so, fuck. I can't go back now.

Update: 16 apr 2024 om 21:42

Nerfed ABMG weapons.
Now the normal skimbus on thrashed planets is the stormy one. This fucks up the rare collecting aspect but I don't care.
Redid thrashed planet monster generation so now it's a bit less extra.
Made keystone recipes more useful and made them autounlock because I forgot to in those ancient days before the first oven was lit and the first loaf baked.
Planet threatranges set properly so now ores will be the correct ones.
Replaced Nuu radio with Glutt radio in desert microdungeons because I forgot to do that before.
Added grain to Nuu farm storage rooms.
Added some stuff to containers in Nuu villages. Also added a new segment.
Rebalanced some treasure pools, now there's less stuff available.
Modified rails dungeon to enable tunnels.
Fixed large crashed ship generation so now it looks normal.
Changed foliage on vanilla ocean planets to sometimes throw in a jungle plant along with the grass.
Modified vanilla coconut tree stems to sometimes grow shorter, moved from a minimum of three segments to a minimum of one.
Finished a tree foliage called "thickalienleaves" that I forgot I left half-done. Now trees with them generate in curious crags subbiome. They are a renewable source of thorn fruit.
Now snow dunes and sand dunes subbiomes have special ore generation.
Fog and haze weathers optimized and modified.
Added blue bushes and stuff to thrashed planets to match the blue grass.
Disabled some of the constellations and reenabled one. If anyone wants them back, remove commenting in sky.config.patch. Also Modified constellations to add transparency so they don't stand out so much. Also decreased cellsize to 1500 which means constellations should be slightly more frequent.
Added extra biome loot to fog ninja camps.
Made a patch for vanilla that blocks Hylotl huts (the surface ones) from generating below the water line because the power lines dungeon sometimes makes partially to fully submerged islands for clearance.
Slightly modified power lines dungeons which hopefully prevents it from trying to use masts as branches in rare cases.
Modified sprites for magma swamp trees, also added a new segment type to them.
Demangled Nuu guard tenants because I haven't looked at them since I made them many years ago and GOOD LORD WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THERE?
Removed some of the old unused thumbnails because they just take up space and bandwidth with no purpose.
Added the ability to buy floral variants of stormgrass seeds, red grass seeds, and stonegrass seeds from terramart.
Fixed a typo in throwable fallen leaves.
Ember coral tea and glow coral tea now are unlocked by picking up respective corals rather than being known. Milk also unlocks cream pudding instead of being known.
Fixed bad weather station sprite.
Slightly changed recipes for some nuu weapons.
Added craftability to candle hat because apparently I forgot to when I made it. Craft at farm workbench thingy.
Moved verdurous weather to M32weather.config. The old one's still there temporarily to prevent worlds from dying, but consider a universe wipe in the coming weeks/months
Modified dungeon generation on verdurous canopy, now Hylotl castles can generate and Floran hunting grounds have been made slightly less common. Nuu farms and towns have been removed from generation.
Desert and snow armed villagers now have their armors changed so they don't get immediately mauled in a fight. Also Novakid desert villagers now just dress like Novakids since they live in deserts frequently.
Mech part recipes changed, notify me if this ruined 'em.

Visage mech sprite (default Nuu mech) slightly changed.
Added 2 new Hylotl island house microdungeons.
Thrashed parallax changed slightly, the little clouds are darker during the daytime now.
Added 2 new craftable beverages, the recipes must be unlocked first though.
Nuu tier 3 and 4 armor more expensive now.
Minor things not worth mentioning, things like reversing a backwards stool or fixing a typo in a codex.

Update: 25 mrt 2024 om 22:43

Triplod targeting range extended

Changed drop rates for sporgus mushroom harvest. (test balance)

Underwater cave microdungeons now slightly changed
pearl handle revolver now unlocked with ill-gotten trade secrets even though it doesn't make much sense.

Verdinoct spear and axe have unique swooshes now
Modifications to large crashed ship, now more of the cargo containers have things inside. Not much though, it just adds wire, iron bars, and junk.

Update: 8 feb 2024 om 4:17

Healing and rage grenade sprites updated, also assets were relocated into the correct directories instead of whatever the fuck I thought was appropriate in 2019

Modified lightning rod lightning so that it electrifies players better.

Riot shield description no longer overflows

Dune Sea parallax now reflects light

Changed liquomorph sprite so now it's even cooler looking than before.

Glutt now have their debuff removed when wet, so wetmeds actually do something. Also, wetmeds are now craftable at the apothecary.

Glutt now have unique quest dialog for exactly one type of quest. This will probably be expanded upon later but right now it's not really a priority.

Most vanilla monsters now have a slight damage resistance (basically armor) which makes using armor reducing weapons slightly useful against them.

Added quest locations to moon jelly cave microdungeons.

Funny stims no longer craftable because it was just crafting clutter. From mow on you'll have to buy your bouncy stims.

Added a pearl handled revolver craftable with weeping pearls by any species. The recipe is learned when picking up the pearls.

Removed "infernite" because I forgot it already existed in Terraria so it might confuse people. Recipes have been changed to make up for this.

Removed .modinfo since it's just wasted bytes.

New more efficient recipe for vivatin requiring magnetin powder instead of normal magnetin.

Creamo-vivatin composite now called ceramo-magnetin composite and takes magnetin powder instead of normal magnetin.

Update: 23 jan 2024 om 22:14

Added new smooth ice matmod for a new biome, smooth ice caves. It has lots of smashable pots here. It sometimes generates under aeolian and steppe planets.

Smooth ice caves have treasure chests that can rarely contain a new shortsword: "Snowflake Splitter" with an effect that is beneficial when used with snowflake shuriken or something else that applies frostslow.

Fixed a logspam related to the big dynamite explosions.

Removed some biome patches that added M32 microdungeons to vanilla underground biomes.

Fixed a problem with the nuu vending machine.

Added 2 new, but not especially interesting microdungeons to the desert microdungeon pool.

Removed hand crafted bio-sample recipe as it's no longer needed.

Fixed turpentiner dungeon where the objects break and they get dunked in acid for no reason.

Added verdinoct axe, and made it craftable once the blueprint is unlocked. The blueprint can be obtained by using "mudstained blueprint"

Nerfed the verdinoct headache status effect, which in turn nerfs verdinoct weapons a bit.

Also rebalanced verdinoct weapon damage.

Changed recipes for other verdinoct weapons slightly.

Verdurous guard npcs now hold the axe from earlier instead of a normal axe. They also have been rebalanced so that they don't just die all the time.

Removed sporgus from verdurous planets because it was getting a bit overcrowded with monsters.

Fixed a really stupid typo in starbound's assets because I wanted to and because tiy chucklefish won't.

Changed some biome generation chances underneath aeolian and steppe planets.

Certain microdungeons were modified to be better.

Core caves under bioindustrial planets have been replaced with a unique core biome now because wombat on the discord server was pestering me.

Sporgus samples can now be turned into living roots at the apothecary/medical station

Turpentiner set now has a full suit worn perk that reduces all elemental damage a bit. This is bad news when fighting hostile turpentiners on verdurous planets.
