- Fixed an issue in engine throttle control appeard with my recent update an hour ago

- Adjusted Center of Mass for better float on water.
- Improved throttle control to idle at very low RPMs.
- Reversed horizontal stabilizer orientation that allowed prop tilt (pitch) to reduce from 0.3 to 0.19 for more stable flight characteristics
- Reduced pitch authority and increased yaw authority
- Reduced overall mass slightly
