Added config option to prevent VK from K.Oing with choke.

Added a new ability: Escape Bind. While it's more difficult to escape passivly from a bind due to increased passive strength, this ability can be used to increase one's odds at escaping at the risk of suffering a strength penalty if they fail. fully configurable via ini.

Some minor code adjustments.

Added Compatibility with Iridar's More Pis Abilties and Mitzruti's Perk Pack.

Fixed the Boa and Adders Rush and Bind to not cost AP but still require 1 AP to perform, so they can sucessfully bind on their last action, since the bind itself cost 1 AP to do.
