Update: As of 1.11 Firlow, more than six gender/orientation profiles are possible! As such, there are now THIRTY possible combinations of gay/straight/bi, male/female/nonbinary, and whether or not their gender matches their face and whether that matches their body.

Nonbinary characters appear at about a 10% rate, and characters whose gender doesn't match with their features at about 4%.
