made battery craft a bit cheaper

ggguuuyyysss you wouldn't believe my cat jumped on the keyboard and released the update wow how it happened I still have no idea

note: for the most part, this update elaborates already existing stuff, although the new content is also present

Changed / refreshed:
– More custom speech lines (mostly to common things), although of course still immeasurably few, meh
– Gold name remaster on the character selection menu
– Few character model changes
– Added missing character sounds (/sleepy, /carol, sinking voice)
– Syringe is in Healing and Diary is in Magic in new crafting tab, required prototypers are the same
– Fixed bug causing mod items not to float but just lie on the water (sorry, Jesus)
– Switchblade damage bonuses only work for Simon
– Diary can now be burned or thrown into the firepit
– Diary as a weapon is now only available to Simon, the other characters can only examine it or take it into inventory
– Slightly increased sanity drain from Diary
– Diary drains 1 sanity per 1 use
– Switchblade drains 1 sanity when used to attack shadow creatures (only for Simon)
– Sleeping restores sanity and health slower

Added:
– Configurable options of:
- Basic character stats and perks
- Switchblade damage, speed bonus, and nightmare damage bonus
- (new) Shadow Chess and Stalker damage bonus
– Here's a new quirk to balance the existing perk: Simon doesn't gain sanity from picking flowers, using sanity increasing clothing and food (negative effects are remained); can be turned off/on in configurations;
– New things - Mobile Phone and Battery:
- the Phone is a starting item and has no craft; Works like lantern, but weaker (the working time is customizable in configurations); the light decreases as Phone discharges; Charges only with the Battery
- the Battery is needed to charge the Phone; Its craft is in Tools section; charges the Phone at a random number of percent (not less than 25); gives +5 sanity for use
– Small passive sanity drain from horror fuel

Testing of this update was in incomplete form and perhaps something is missing, so bug and incompatibility reports are EXTREMELY welcome
