Has to stay coolheaded and vigilant at any time: despite his low sanity level, he doesn't lose sanity during dusk, night and in the caves.

Suffers from apathy: the positive sanity effects of food, clothing and flowers picking do not work on him.

The restless sleeper: restores stats from sleeping a way slower than others.

Prepared to wander in darkness and madness: enters the Constant with his weapon and a light-source gadget.

Most of this stuff are configurable, check out the mod options.



Switchblade - Simon's special weapon. It deals 30 damage and increases speed level while equipped, in addition it deals extra damage to nightmares and some other shadow creatures. Is a starting item and has no craft, so if you lose it, then you can only search for it or just cheat lol.

Mobile Phone - another starting item. It's a light source when equipped, and the light weakens as the phone discharges. Can only be charged with the Battery - craftable item (Tools tab) that charges phone at a random number of percent (at least 25).

Syringe - a healing item. It restores 75 health, but drains 25 sanity per use. For Simon it's quite a critical blow to the brains, so be careful. Can be found in Healing tab, requires alchemy machine.

Simon's book - cursed destructive artefact. Attacks with fire and deals 100 damage, but slowly drives you into insanity just by being in inventory. Has 30 uses. You can find it in Magic tab, requires shadow manipulator.

A few character skins (appear as unlockables from original game).


Some of the character's phrases contain naughty language. Should have warned you and all that.


Initially made it just out of boredom and for myself, so still have no clear plans for this. Maybe something will change in the future. Anyway, feel free to leave your suggestions, remarks, etc. That's it I guess.
