Thanks to the help of Akula_941, a native Chinese speaker, the overall quality of the localization has been improved, including sentence structure, word choice, spelling, and so on.

Adjusted the percentages present in two barks so that they appear in plain text instead of as numbers (i.e 100% and 50% to one hundred percent and fifty percent), as the number percentages didn't seem to appear after some testing.

Changed the stress heal barks to something more fitting for Lucia, and changed the bark "Eighty percent of this organism is damaged" to "80% of this organism is damaged" to keep the percentage format consistent with the newly added crit bark. Removed an extra question mark in one of her barks.

To give Lucia more flavor, two new virtue barks and stress heal barks, and one new crit bark that were never in the original Chinese have been added. I did my best to make them as close to how Lucia would act and think based on the original barks translated into English.

Changed one string of text in the tooltip from "Padma Slice C2" to "Padma Slash C2."
