Lucia Better English Translation

Better english localization for the Lucia class, which I translated from the original Chinese. Place above the Lucia class mod, and any Lucia trinket mods.

Keep in mind that I know practically no Chinese, and the barks in the original Chinese were translated into English using DeepL translate, with me changing the result of the translation if needed to make it make more sense in English. I did the best I could, and I appreciate feedback if anything needs to be improved.
