massive overhaul in spawning, finally locked on to a problem occuring due to players spending over an hour and a half in levels due to old work around which caused the event to turn on and spawn dozens of timmes until everyone died or server gave out.

Levels now how 3 major spawns supplemented by passing fish which rarely are a swarm and a rogue timed event.

Hotfix for potential problem of Passing Fish event getting stuck and spawning infinite swarms or small groups of monsters.

EndwormRE and Huskbrood emperor removal related changes. Replaced with more ice whales early on and Enforcer spawns later on, deal with it!

removed a number of old BTC monsters and gave spawns to other monsters being unused or underutilized.

Update didn't fire? more spinelings early game like in vanilla, some more mines in odd places. more prawn spawns and much more. I took inventory of what we had in BTC and tried to get a decent amount of new spawn types. Will be taking a much more indepth stock later and trying to improve the first three biomes so its less mine spawn on biome 2.
