-Actually changed the shuttle. I forgot how shuttle attachments work, apparently, and the sub didnt update with the new changes.

Updated Submarine for compatibility with the latest update, Thunder under the Ice. Replaced shuttle coilgun with the new chaingun, and added the new secure storage container in the cargo bay
