-Actually changed the shuttle. I forgot how shuttle attachments work, apparently, and the sub didnt update with the new changes.

Supposedly fixed an issue with overlapping hitboxes and an inaccessible supercapacitor.

Minor tweaks. Control changes for the mech and box decay rate for main sub tweaked to be more manageable.

-Fixed issue with main airlock improperly draining, reduced decay rate of electrical boxes to a more sustainable level

Slightly increased alpha value of reactor fuel container for ease of use

Updated Submarine for compatibility with the latest update, Thunder under the Ice. Replaced shuttle coilgun with the new chaingun, and added the new secure storage container in the cargo bay

-Added a button door to the shuttle junction compartment to facilitate draining.
