Update to the code to fix the 3d aircraft models not showing.
Additionally;
> US heavy tanks have been added (no variants yet)
> Some basic Norwegian tanks (Light tanks and medium 1938)
> Norwegian fighter icons fixed
> Latvian fighter icons fixed and more added
> Estonian fighters had a colour change and the PN-3 added
> Dutch CAS 1 added
