Some code fixes for Japanese, Manchu, Chinese etc. aircrafts.

Chinese (including PRC and Warlord) and Japanese (including Manchu) Icons have been reworked. But more work is still ahead as I plan on adding more tanks and aircrafts before the new DLC is out. (Again, if work doesn't get in the way)

Additionally some Belgian and Dutch tanks were added. Mostly lights and a single medium for both.
