7.2 Prep
- All Vanilla AAS and RAAS layers have been configured to work with as-close-to Vanilla voting settings as makes sense
- Some layers have been collapsed and replaced with "_Vote_1" etc variants when the balancing allowed
- IMF has had all their Minsk motorcycles replaced with Quad Bikes
- All Invasion layers that had multiple variations have been collapsed to allow voting for Team 1, Team 2 (defenders) remains consistent
- All TC layers that used vanilla faction setups are now using voting

Layer Updates
* Main bases have been adjusted in preparation for 7.2. Please report any missing bikes, helis, or the like.
* Some layers will not have enough helipads, there just wasnt room
* Many faction setups had their initial spawn delays adjusted. This wasnt something I wanted to do, but a bunch of references broke in 7.2 so i had to fill in the gaps. If you notice something that seems odd, please let me know
* AlBasrah and Chora Invasion are now 55v45 (was 60v40)
* Removed Island Charlie (furthest one) as a capture point from Sanxian RAAS v1
* Added 2x Tigr to VDV on Kohat Invasion v1
* Fixed BM21 not spawning correctly on Black Coast RAAS v1
* Removed all _Short layers
* Removed both Lashkar RAAS layers. They weren't very good, and will be revisited at a later date
* Removed Yeho RAAS v3
* Fixed forward vehicle spawns on Yeho Invasion v1 and Skorpo Invasion v1
