soldier highlight widget updates to show vehicle icon if soldier is driving a vehicle. If soldier is passenger, widget shows at 0.4 opacity.

-Added new minimap with contour lines, HQ markers, and HQ spawn marker, and resource markers.
-Vehicle Ready and Aircraft Ready announcements are now team wide
-Added "(enemy) base under attack" team announcement / warning
-Many improvements and additions to the map and post processing
-Lighting system changes for better underground/indoor lighting down the road
-Stopped game from "respawning" (killing) commander upon promotion
-Made most trees block people but not vehicles (left small trees with no collision)
-Russian team can now build russian vehicles
-Fixed a bug where base defense would keep trying to validate a target even though it had an empty target list.
