Added Islamic State Special Forces: ISSF (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria):

- Added 3 new custom commander abilities
- Added custom vehicles, weapons, emplacements, and features
- Further details will be given in the coming days as we want the community to figure out and try these new additions on their own

Reworked Anti Air:

The following changes have been made to AA to try and bring engagement ranges back down to a reasonable and fun distance while increasing heli survivability and fun.

- Missile flare detection distance increased by 50%
- Attack heli flare slightly buffed
- Added small chance of missile not being distracted by flares
- Ammo count for Mi-28 changed (HE 200->80, AP 100->60)
- Ammo count for AH-64 changed (HE 200->80, AP 200->100)
- Zoom on both heli turrets lowered (3,6,12->1,2.5,6)
- Rearm time increased to 20 rounds per 10 seconds
- Emplaced AA range reduced from 1400m -> 1000m
- Emplaced AA cost reduced from 150->80
- Handheld AA cost reduced from 100->80
- Handheld AA range reduced from 1000->800

# __Reworked Anti Air Missiles and Flares:__

- Attack Heli Flare effectiveness reduced
- Missile warning will only alarm if missiles are within 650m
- Increased missile lock radius for Infantry MANPADS
- Missiles now damage tail rotor and engine, based on hit location
- Missile agility reworked (should behave more as expected, with G limits to turning)
- Missiles that lose track of their target should now detonate closer, increasing risk of damage with a missile that misses
- Attack Heli's now have 25 flares, CAS Heli's have 30, and Transport Heli's have 40

# __Reworked ATGM Huey:__

- Replaced one of the ATGM gunners with a GAU-21 and changed the other ATGM gunner to have 4 missiles instead of 2
- ATGM Huey missiles are now faster and have less jitter
- Added more flares

# __Reworked Mi-8 ZiS:__

- Increased Frag and HE rounds damage and damage radius
- Increased Frag and HE ammo count from 20 to 24 each
