- Update spawn behavior

Major Update 1.0.9

Mapping Support: Horde now supports its own mapping entities. Map makers can use those entities to design maps with custom spawn points and buy zones. If you want your map to be categorized into Horde on the main menu, use the hr_ name prefix.

Map Entities List:
- info_horde_enemy_spawn: An enemy spawn point. If this is present in a map, Horde will use those points to spawn enemies, instead of searching for info nodes.
Note that when fixed spawn points are present, enemies will no longer despawn due to distance mechanics.

- info_horde_ammobox_spawn: An ammo box spawn point. If this is present in a map, Horde will spawn ammoboxes only on those points.

- trigger_horde_buyzone: Brush trigger. If this is present, only players inside the trigger are able to open the shop.

I have also created two example maps that use all the entities I mentioned above.

- Fix Heavy item weights not updated correctly.

- Fix gadget still persist after class change. Purchased gadgets now disappear on class change.

- Added a new convar
horde_disable_default_gadget_use_key(0/1): Set this to 1 to disable the default T key bind for using active gadget.

- Fix weapons dropping when opening shop menu.
- FIx e-parasite error message

- Fix Giant mutation errors
