-- Level Progression System: You can now set item level requirements in the item config for an item to be purchased. The default item config now also has a built-in progression system.

-- Skull Tokens System: Skull tokens are new currencies that persist between games. You can configure items to be purchased using skull tokens.
You can obtain skull tokens through playing the game (5 waves give 1, 10 waves give 2, etc.), or by picking them up as rare drops from elite enemies.
Like how ranks/exp works, you cannot earn/save skull tokens in sandbox mode.

-- New Gadgets: Added 16 new gadgets.

-- New Mutation: Decay. When you are hit, blocks healing/regeneration for 5 seconds. Decay mutation only randomly occurs in latter half of the waves.

Also a friendly reminder for custom config owners: there is a shortcut button for adding all the Gadgets to your config in the Item Config Menu. It is called "Add Default Gadgets".
