Update v2.0

• Completely rebuilt the mod from the ground up.

• The patch is now designed to restore base.tooltip for both Vanilla and Frackin' Universe.

• Separated the base.tooltip changes from Lyetzi's Gunners Mod into lyetzi_base.tooltip

• Patched every Lyetzi's Gunners Mod weapon to use the new tooltip. Including addons.

• Updated mod icon and description to match new standards.
