Added key button for parking brake.

Updated spawn location in workbench area.

- Fixed automatic gearbox issue causing not switch to fwd/rwd in some cases.
- Fixed several XML shading issues and texture overlapping.
- (Empty) weight is increased from 334 to 457 kg which is more close to real weight.
- Parking brake is now toggle button and turning the engine off does not apply parking brake automatically anymore.
