Stripped away building cell visualizer postfix since I'm not even really sure what it does (I assumed it is needed) and it caused a crash.

Changed material requirements for Spaced Out DLC. I did not realize that isoresin has not been added to the expansion yet, my bad. Vanilla requirements remain as-is.
