Updated default gas storage capacity from 3 tons to 20 tons in config parameters, so that it is in line with the base game's change from 150kg to 1000kg.

A rework of the mod to allow more than 1 Quantum Compressor of each type to be built per world. This was the most viable way to get past the game's maximum storage limit of 100 tons.

Capped liquid storage to 100 ton because the game's storage is limited to that amount, so trying to store more than 100t results in liquids being wasted. NOTE: Existing config files must be fixed if the storage value is greater than 100t. Also added plastic as a required material to Quantum Compressor buildings.

Nerfed the intakes and outlets a little more.
