Slightly increase size of room when converting from feet to tiles to avoid issues with floats and floor(). Add notes on reducing save file sizes for finished rooms.

Added secret doors and refactored a number of items to allow for future expansion of the available tiles.

Fix a bug where rotated floor tiles would cause the walls to be placed in the wrong locations. Snap points now ensure the correct orientation of the floor tile.
