Purged redundant FFS Lua files for compatibility with Marz's FFS Ammo Counter mod

Currently, there are only 3 guns that don't work with the above mod: They are the Firelance, Frostnova, and GL-29. All other guns will now work with FFS Ammo Counter Mod.

Fixed a couple of things.

- Somehow Lao's dirty monster bullet changes (which made enemy npc bullets travel at a snails pace) snuck back in. I promptly put them back out to pasture.
- fixed the 2ndary on the seigehammer.

2.331 Changes:

- Seigehammer secondary (and Raptor primary) now runs on angleAdjust instead of angle, meaning frags will go in the general direction of the shot instead of always going right. This means when you face to the left, you won't get showed with frags.

V2.33:

- Several updates. Most notably, if you have FFS:E and DAE, the new USCM soldiers will now use USCM armor and weapons instead of the vanilla armors and NATO guns.
It will even detect whether or not you are running Hardcore Mode or not.
