Added independent spotters who are grouped to the snipers that travel and meet up at random locations on the map.
Added more church going civilians (-: so watch your fire :-)
Added more independent foot soldiers who patrol up and down the map.

EVERYTHING is random (unit placement, waypoints, time, wheather etc...) and never the same twice each time you play.

Loads more tweaks here and there.

Improved independent waypoint patrols (some vehicles were getting stuck)

Enemy Patrols now start at the airfield to allow the battle to evolve more progressively and naturally.
