Capture the island / Sector Control

My goal with this mission was to create one massive war that flows seamlessly...
A mission that responds and reacts to the way YOU play it. A mission that puts you in random situations when you least expect them. Simply play it how you like and the rest will just happen automatically :-)

The theme of this mission is based on a study of how the average human mind thinks, therefore depicts an extremely realistic picture of war from start to the very end. (but with tongue firmly in cheek)

Mission features:
...OPFOR Vs BLUFOR + INDEPENDENT AI
...Everything is randomly placed at the start of the mission (never the same twice)
...Random weather

...Civilian life (players are punished for killing)
...Persistent waves of enemy AI (MP, SP or COOP mission)
...Brainwash the fickle independent AI to fight on your side by capturing the sacred arks
...Armed civilians (fight along side Independent)

...Dynamic Groups (group management interface) press 'U'
...Revive function (keep your team members alive)

Intel reports that the independent army are invading and taking over the island and forcing their strict religious regime onto the local civilians. The locals are very unhappy about this invasion as they are very pieceful people.
The OPFOR & BLUFOR army have both seen this as an oportunity to invade the island and take it as their own. Unfortunately this will inevitably result in creating a MASSIVE battle between three very different religions who all think that they are right.

The combat in this mission is on a more realistic level so don't expect instant action (although it could happen) the map may sometimes feel empty and lonely but don't get too comfortable or complacent because EVERYTHING is random and nothing is ever the same twice. If you can manage to find a helicopter with thermal vision and a radar you will soon realise that the map is absolutely full of threats and also vehicles & equipment for you to use or guide team mates to !!!COMUNICATION IS THE KEY!!!
Although you can play this mission alone, the more human players on each side the better war experience :-)

OPFOR Vs BLUFOR + INDEPENDENT AI
Choose your side (BLUFOR or OPFOR) the aim is to capture all the sacred arks marked on the map...
(the time is random so could be day or night & anywhere inbetween)

There are civilians so watch your fire!... There will be a penalty for killing civilians to force the use of target acquisition before engaging. The penalty will be immediate teleportation to ALCOHOLICATRAZ charged with drinking on the job :-)

ALL AI respawn in HELL
HEAVEN contains Virtual Arsenal, Virtual Garage & AI recruitment

WHAT TO DO...
The map is being patroled by INDEPENDENT and are hostile to both teams.
*Your mission is to convert all the sacred arks (randomely placed at the start of each session) to your religion to win the game.

*To capture an ark you must simply stand close enough until you see the notification at the top right of your screen. The map markers will turn red or blue when taken depending on which side you're on.

*While capturing an ark you can brainwash the independent army to be on your side by praying for an extra 10 seconds. So sometimes it's better to avoid killing them as they may help you later.

*Taking an ark will call AI (your side) to travel from hell and guard the taken ark.

*If an INDEPENDENT AI patrol is completely cleared from an ark they will respawn in hell and travel back.

*When an independent (AI) has been to HELL AND BACK, this will make them hostile to both sides again.

*Keep an eye on the 'GODOMETER' (coloured square on map) the colour will indicate which side the independant army are friendly to RED, GREEN, BLUE,

*The 1st team to capture all the arks will win this HOLY WAR.

*Enjoy and (-: HAVE FUN :-)

THEORETICALLY THIS MISSION COULD NEVER END!... THEREFORE SHOULD BE RUN ON A PERSISTENT SERVER.
