claymores of the same owner wont detonate on eachother anymore
claymores also check for dlib friends (if dlib is installed)

hopefully claymore pullpin sound no longer destroys ears
lowered explosive range of javelin
claymore now checks for +USE button instead of just saying "press E"

buffed javelin damage
hopefully fixed weird cases of rocket just not targetting things
lowered direct damage to compensate for explossive damage buff

first update with javelin, its not perfect but it works
updated claymore hud text so it shouldnt dissapear anymore
redid lock-on entities a bit, hopefully npcs can use them now and theyre not slow as fuck
hopefully c4 spams console less with "collision call back AHHHHHH"

removed overriding shootbullet function in c4
now just uses pre and post spawn projectile

added delay between c4 explosions (0.05 seconds)

npc's should be able to use AT4 now (along with c4 and claymore)
rpg and at4 require ADS to fire
reworked rocket code a tiny bit
